The 4th CRF council conference was held at Yuyuan Building in the Party School of CPC Central Committee on April 25. Nearly 100 Chinese scholars and experts in policy-oriented research attended the meeting. He Yiting, executive vice president of the party school of the CPC central committee, was elected as the chairman of the 4th CRF council. 

He Yiting said, “Since its foundation in 1994, CRF has dedicated to advancing cooperation and understanding between China and other countries by conducting strategic studies on issues related to the development of China's reform and opening-up policy. As a dynamic think tank in China, CRF has carried out many fruitful research programs in the past few years by cooperating closely with partners around the world. CRF will continue to play an active role in providing timely analysis and diversified research activities, and promoting the exchanges and understanding with other countries.”
