CRF Delegation Attend 2rd China-Southeast Asia High Level People-to-People Dialogue

The China-Southeast Asia High-Level People-to-People Dialogue Conference was held in Indonesia on May 31. The dialogue was attended by more than 200 representatives from China and 11 Southeast Asian countries. 

Chinese Vice Premier Liu Yandong delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and attended a "Yesterday and Today of the 'Belt and Road'" cultural exhibition during the sidelines of the dialogue. CRF senior adviser Zhou Gang, executive councilor Zhang Yingxing, councilor Wang Yuanlong and councilor Zhangqi were invited to attend the dialogue and spoke at the meetings. Under the theme of "Closer People-To-People Exchanges for the Joint Development of the "Belt and Road", participants discussed the efforts to forge a community of shared destiny and promote the people-to-people exchange for expanding win-win cooperation. 

The dialogue adopted the Declaration of Proposals on China-Southeast Asia People-to-People Exchanges and Cooperation and urged for the establishment of China-ASEAN community of common destiny.
