CRF publications focus on policy-oriented academic research. We keep close watch on general trend of international politics and economy which constitute the external environment for China's reform and opening-up cause. Committed to studies of difficult and hot issues in China's economic development, our publications submit strategic proposals and suggestions, policy reports if necessary, to relevant governmental departments for consideration. 

The mission of editorial office is to present the research findings of CRF research centers and scholars. At present, our publications include a monthly journal China Strategic Review and an annual collection Topical Debate. China Strategic Review was first published in March 2001, which was known as Forum Newsletter before January 2006. So far, fifteen volumes of Topical Debate have been published.
