Mr. Mahesh Kumar Maskey, Nepalese Ambassador to China, visited China Reform Forum and met with Han Qingxiang, director of the department of philosophy of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, and Ma Jiali, the executive vice director of Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS) on March 31, 2016. Both sides had a candid and in-depth exchange of views on Marxist philosophy and the governing philosophy of the new generation of Chinese leaders.
